It was a good conference well attended. I think the venue was good, admittedly a bit confusing with all the Christmas holidays. I think the initial day of panel was a little weak, could use more energy and the moderators weren't great, but, all in all I thought it was a good conference.

And I think a lot of us were very pleased with how the events went and the panels so appreciate it. This is an amazing one to attend if you're in real estate and residential, real estate in particular.

It was a good, not great, conference.
What did you like best about the event?
It was a good, well-attended conference with a good attendee list. The weather was wonderful.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Closing the demo floor was a mistake on Monday - panels went too late on Tuesday.

Best IMN-SFR Yet.
What did you like best about the event?
Number of high-quality attendees. What food was provided was of good quality - but there should have been lunch on the first day.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The pacing of the event is poor. The first afternoon being free is a waste of time. I know it is to avoid the cost of providing lunch, but it is very inefficient.

It was another amazing conference that was very well organized at a great venue.
What did you like best about the event?
The organization of all events and panels was phenomenal. Using the app gets better and better for us to stay organized with panels and meetings.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Something that could’ve been better was the spacing for the exhibit hall. It felt a little crowded in the hall.

Good event
What did you like best about the event?
The venue was nice, with nice hotel rooms. However, the hotel has no inside bar area (unless rented out as event space). Due to the number of attendees attending IMN, I hope the inside bar is open next year regardless of whether it's rented or not—too many people for one small outside bar.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The vendor area felt cramped with the booths like sardines in a can; restaurants were grossly unprepared for the number of people. On Monday, finding a place to eat without an hour-plus wait was impossible. There were no quick food options between meetings because the one grab-and-go place was out of food options. I would strongly suggest bringing in a grab-and-go food vendor. Monetize it for all I care. But bring in a 3rd party food vendor with 500 sandwiches, 500 salads, and some snacks for sale and increase the cost from what the supplier charges so IMN makes some money. All I care about is that by the time I finally found some food on Monday, it was dinner time because of meetings and the lack of availability at the restaurants at the hotel. Restaurants at the venue (dinner time) seemed understaffed, with long wait times for food and service. I'm not sure if the owners of the restaurants are told when conferences are being hosted at the hotel and if they're staffing up appropriately for the amount of people. I will say that I think I preferred the Hyatt over the Fairmont because of its proximity to downtown Scottsdale. The Fairmont is out there, so the distance to anything else forces you to stay on the property and further compounds the restaurant issue.

It is a great event to connect with current and potential clients.
What did you like best about the event?
I liked the Women's Cocktail Session. It would be great if they could add a speed dating style session.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Add a half-day Expo session to the last day. Technically, we only got 15 hours of booth time over the three days.

I thought that IMN West was a great experience. We made a lot of connections with new and existing clients. And then I did like the women's cocktail session. I think doing a lot more events within connecting women, and doing that kind of stuff would be great. The one thing that I would have changed is Wednesday. The expo was only one hour long, compared to IMNE, the last day was a half day. So we didn't realize that until we got there. And I don't know, I think it would have been great if we could have had a half day to continue meeting potential clients. And yeah.

Amazing Networking Opportunities.
What did you like best about the event?
The event venue was stunning, with lots of space for Vendors, Speakers, and Meeting spaces. A great conference with all the relevant industries for the SFR / BTR sector.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The event had too many speaker panels going on at the same time. I would have preferred more relevant speakers and SME- leaders in the industry, more spread out. Relevant book authors or industry journal writers would have been a great addition.

IMN - SFR West - Great Event!
What did you like best about the event?
I love this event. It had great meeting sessions, networking, and content, as it always does.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
This year's event venue changed, and while it is a lovely property, I don't feel it suited the event well. There was less common area available for informal meetings, fewer food and beverage locations open for lunch meetings, and parking and facilities crowded in the evening with other significant Christmas-related events at the property at the same time.

I found the panel sessions interesting, the main exhibition space was quite squished and noisy so I was glad we had a booth space in the outside hallways.
What did you like best about the event?
Access to the attendees and the wide range of attendees, I felt the sessions on Monday and Tuesday were appropriate and interesting.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The schedule wasn't very clear, we expected to be exhibiting for most of the last day but were surprised when everyone stated packing up at the end of the second day/first thing on the last day. The main exhibition space was quite squished and noisy, so it wasn't very welcoming or useful.
