This year marked my 18th or 19th home performance conference. And as usual, it delivered by meeting all my expectations. Wish I could get my company to send more people each year to this event because it's one of the best in our industry.

It was a good conference. I think it could have been a little more diverse despite all of your attempts at diversity, which just, you know, the nature of the beast, it tends to be a lot of older white men. The facilities were beautiful. breakfast could have been a bit better. but I found it engaging and informative the entire time.

Great Conference as usual
What did you like best about the event?
The food was great, lots of chances to network and reconnect with people. Sessions were diverse, and I wish I had a clone to be in 2 sessions at the same time. Because most people uploaded their slides, I will be able to review what I missed, however.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I wish all sessions were in one building. By having to go across the street to the Conference centre, I missed interactions with folks and had to rush to get to sessions on time.

Great Networking and Learning Experience!
What did you like best about the event?
Connecting with people across the country and learning what they are doing in the industry.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Maybe condense it into three days to keep it more affordable. I also initially had some issues with the app but was able to get it downloaded and use it during the conference.

My experience was empowering as a presenter to see all the interest surrounding DEI.

I like the diversity of the conference and the DEI offerings on the conference track.

Organizers could have more workforce focus/DEI sessions. It was proven that such sessions are needed.

What did you like best about the event?
The level of information was high; This was not dumbed down; if you had questions, they were taken seriously and answered at a high level.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
More home performance tracks, more diversity and, if I am honest, better breakfast.

What did you like best about the event?
Very interactive sessions and lots of time to network. I thoroughly enjoyed the breadth of knowledge shared at this conference.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Maybe more filling breakfast food. It would be nice to have all sessions in the same building, but I understand that may not work with a crowd like this.
