As always at Reuters events, it was beneficial to look at the most recent trends in how Pharma performs and benchmark vs peer companies.
What did you like best about the event?
Efficient tips on innovative ways of communication with customers and internal platforms' development.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Change venue from year to year to be able to visit different locations. Think if the third day of the conference is necessary - the majority leaves after two days.

An opportunity for Pharma networking and getting a pulse on the industry.
What did you like best about the event?
The presentations were diverse in format, making it great to be and stay engaged. The Q&A format also effectively showed what questions others were asking and upvoted. The informal networking was also frequent enough to allow for the development of critical new connections.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I didn't feel that the app was that easy to use to plan out the many talks to attend. I also would consider a place to be able to take or hold meetings more privately.
