This was my first year attending and presenting at the arm conference. I have a little over 10 years experience in procurement and supplier diversity. However, I'm still fairly new to the health care industry and some days, I feel like I have more questions than answers. This conference was amazing. I enjoyed the conversation about collaborations across different departments, looking at the bottom line, even some self development and the networking with some of my peers and now mentors. If you haven't attended this conference, I highly suggest you do and I'm looking forward to the next one.

This is my fifth arm conference and I've enjoyed every single one. The arm staff does a terrific job putting the event together. I love catching up with colleagues talking shop, comparing notes. Attending the trade show going to the after hours networking events, the educational sessions are always great and informative. And for me, it's just a very worthwhile event to attend every year.

Good Meeting...More Focus on Non-Acute
What did you like best about the event?
I liked the fellowship and being able to have time to speak with other affiliate groups of AHRMM
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I would suggest an educational track on Non-Acute and also more relevant topics for now rather than rehashing the pandemic time. Also, no more box lunches and break-time snacks.

Great Event!
What did you like best about the event?
Presenting, and interacting with other healthcare professionals. Enjoyed the after-events hosted by vendors.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Better closing keynote. The opening keynote was so good! Better food during lunch than boxes, and better availability of water.

What could the organizers do to improve the event?
It was overall a great event. I would like to see more small, minority and women-owned vendors to help with our initiatives in the Expo hall. I attended a conference with Premier and they had a Diversity Row, which had all of those vendors.
