Limited traffic in exhibit hall
What did you like best about the event?
Quality people did stop at the booth; we received good leads and have many to follow up with.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Share reasons for people to see exhibitors..punch cards etc, would be very helpful.

Disappointed
What did you like best about the event?
I liked the fact that it was in Miami at a great location, and was able to reconnect with past colleagues.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Needs much better attendance by therapeutic developers, clearer organization and instruction on the location of talks and sessions not run in parallel. Needs less but higher quality content.

Not impressed with ATW2023
What did you like best about the event?
Well attended, even if it was primarily vendors. Good maps and signage at the venue, so somewhat easy to find where the sessions and meeting rooms were.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Not enough refreshments and beverages throughout the day. Should have more options for "grab and go" breakfast and lunch items in order to avoid long lines. Too many vendors relative to drug developers. Should limit the number of vendors attending and try to boost attendance by developers. More advertising to drive attendance at sponsored sessions, especially the last 5 pm briefings. Meagre attendance there. More signage to provide wi-fi passwords. The Partnering portal did not assign meetings to partnering tables (why not?). During the award ceremony, our company was not included in the right nomination category (we are non-profit and were put in the for-profit category).

Great conference!
What did you like best about the event?
The diversity of talks on various topics and the division into early-stage R&D / science and manufacturing. The documentary was moving as well.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The event was a bit too long, and people get exhausted. Also, more science would be interesting.

It is an amazing conference that helps move this cancer immunotherapy Revolution forward.
What did you like best about the event?
Learning about new, less toxic treatments offered to patients gives them hope when standard treatments fail.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Get the attendees to collaborate on the private parties and dinners after hours.

Great event. No breakfast was a pain to deal with for events and meetings starting at 8am. Presentation locations were not listed on the mobile app leading to a lot of mileage put on trying to find rooms and missing a lot of sessions because of this. Part of that issue is due to the success of the partnering meetings though.
What did you like best about the event?
Quality of the event and content, partnering meetings, yacht cruise and networking opportunities. Cocktail networking is important too, but more can be done for that to improve the experience.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Better seating for food, provide breakfast since everything starts so early, post maps of the surrounding area so meetings can flow out after the venue closes & more outdoor events or components to the meeting. Space doesn't seem to be an issue. Organizing booths according to numbers makes sense, but when you can't find the numbers and they're not posted, it's problematic. That is an easy fix for next year. Making the location of talks more apparent, especially by including them on the mobile app is a must too.
