Facilitating a roundtable discussion was a positive experience with good engagement.
What did you like best about the event?
I liked the overall interaction of all participants, not just a speaker imparting knowledge.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I'm not sure anything could have been done differently. The speaker made appropriate adjustments after all participants arrived and expressed their interest in the various topics of discussion. This would have been difficult to determine in advance.

Speaking at ADCES was an honor and was extremely well organized.
What did you like best about the event?
I was impressed with the communication prior to the event and the day went extremely smoothly.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
This was the first conference that I attended where none of my expenses were covered and also no stipend was offered. I would have really appreciated that as I took time away from my practice to be there.

What did you like best about the event?
The networking opportunities were amazing, and the speakers had tons of knowledge to share that will improve my practice.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Get rid of "pushy" vendors attempting to sell things not related to diabetes. It is a distraction, and I got "trapped" in that section of the expo.
