    Inspirational Speakers and Get Opportunities to Connect with Past Colleagues/Contacts.
    What did you like best about the event?
    I left with an "aha" moment related to my career. I also liked that if a session wasn't what I hoped for, there was flexibility to try out a different session.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    Change up the venue. I am getting a little bored of Chicago every year. Interested to see how Houston goes next year.

    The event was energizing!
    What did you like best about the event?
    Keynote speakers and great organization of all the movement into the sessions. I also appreciated the opportunity to network with colleagues nationwide and reunite with my alumni groups.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    I look forward to the new location in Houston. The underground tunnel system in Chicago is not well-lit, is confusing, and has poor wayfinding.

    Well organized and great attendance.

    The was a lot of positive energy at the event. Great vibe from the attendees. There was great diversity in the attendees.
