Yeah, only positive things to say really. It was well organized, well staffed, well attended and a lot of fun and communication with the app. And, um, the daily emails was really good to help me know what was going on.

This was a fantastic event, like all of the podcast movement conferences, the courses, the sessions are great. It's great to be able to see all the exhibitors that are there. But really the strength of these kinds of things is what goes on in the hallways, the meeting of other attendees, other speakers and all of that and the opportunity to network one on, one on one and in small groups, really a fantastic event. And if you're a podcaster or you're in the industry, you need to attend these kinds of events.

Overall, I had a great experience, great networking opportunities. But as you'll see in some of my responses below, as a speaker, it was just a little discouraging to see so many people leaving the conference the day that you're either the night before or the day that you're scheduled to speak. So I think, had the last day of the conference actually been eliminated. I'm sure at least at my session and others that were scheduled the very last day on Friday, we would have had far greater participation. But other than that, it was an amazing experience.

Great networking opportunity for podcast marketing/strategy folks.
What did you like best about the event?
I found this conference most helpful in making in-person professional connections with people who worked in podcasting full-time as strategists, directors, etc. It was an excellent opportunity to meet other podcast networks and partners we've been working with remotely.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
While the event was great, the food options were underwhelming and relatively expensive. The hotel itself also had minimal food vendors that were quite expensive as well.

The Networking is the best part!
What did you like best about the event?
What happens in the hallways, bar, and at the parties is the best part of events like this.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Strike more favourable deals with hotels for accommodations and make sure there are various choices for dining at different price points. The $30 hamburger is just ridiculous.

The west gate is a dump, but meetings were productive.
What did you like best about the event?
Easy to meet with many at once. The event was generally well organized. And so it goes.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Not put it in such a gross old hotel. There are too many tracks and too small crowds in the sessions.

The conference was great, but the venue/location was less than desirable.
What did you like best about the event?
Networking, seeing partners, participating in panels, and just the industry getting together as a whole!
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
A better location. Having business meetings in the middle of a smokey casino is not ideal, and there was not enough space in the conference area for everyone to sit down and take meetings.

A creatively charged, cross-pollinating industry event that restores one's faith that the collaborative spirit is alive and well in podcasting.
What did you like best about the event?
Really enjoyed innovative panels about the craft of podcasting. In addition, lots of thoughtful meetings between our company and other players in the podcasting field.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The app was almost "too good"... it had so many eddies and options that it was difficult to check & use during the "fray" of the conference. If the app could be a little more user-friendly -- that would be great. Tall order -- I realize!

All positive!
What did you like best about the event?
Well organized, well staffed, and everyone friendly. The daily emails were helpful for easy access to a schedule for the day.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Nail down the "little" things of the keynotes better - entries/exits, A/V timing, having the correct order of slides, fewer chairs in the room and having people sit closer to the front.

Not sure what this means.
What did you like best about the event?
The networking! I met some great people I am actively seeking strategic alliances.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
It seemed as though the last day of the conference could have been eliminated. So many people left the night before or the morning of the last day. As a speaker, it was discouraging seeing the low attendance on the day I was scheduled to speak. Several vendors started breaking down their exhibits. Any casual observer would probably have thought the conference was officially over early Friday morning.

Networking with key counterparts across a variety of companies and platforms in one place.
What did you like best about the event?
Everything felt very accessible, from meeting with people to the events hosted around. High-level executives, platform reps, agencies/brands, and talent were accessible and excited to connect.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
More space for breakout meetings and a location more accessible. There were so many panels it was hard to hit some important ones based on how closely they were scheduled.

I enjoyed attending Podcast Movement. I met many creators that I've been wanting to meet for a long time. I also made many connections with the industry.
What did you like best about the event?
My favourite part of the event was attending the Podbeam-sponsored panel on amplifying the voices of women and marginalized creators. I also enjoyed speaking.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Organizers could provide complimentary snacks/food or more affordable food options. The hotel was pretty bad as well. A better venue next time.
