Enjoyable conference experience. It's great to have another gathering of industry professionals. I think this year, the the venue itself was quite useful for scheduling meetings and having central common places to meet with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders. Overall, I'd give it a 8.5 out of 10.

Hi, I have a positive review and a negative review. First, I was a little disappointed I didn't get to meet as many or go to as many panels as I would have liked to. However, I did get to meet a lot of industry professionals that I work with all the time. There were lots of meetings and it's always good to meet colleagues that you work with and you never get to see in person. You had a lot of ideas we could go over and share as for a negative. There were too many stages in the exhibition hall which created a little situation where it could be hard to hear the panels that you were trying to listen to. Looking forward to evolutions in March in LA though.

Hi, this is White Price host of Behind the Swipe. I attended podcast Movement in Denver this year, not really knowing what to expect and the experience far exceeded my expectations. The conference sessions and tracks were entertaining and informative. My only problem was having to choose among multiple simultaneous sessions as excellent as the program was, it was the networking opportunities that will 100% bring me back for future podcast movement events. So many great relationships were facilitated. Keep up the great work, Jane.

It was an amazing experience. I didn't get to see any of the panels because there's so many people to talk to, so many people to run into, so many booths to see, but it was like summer camp. Just go and talk to people if you already know people. Great. If you don't know anyone, you're around creators and creators are there to learn to grow, to meet new people. So don't be shy and just start talking to people. So many different panels that you can sit on and learn. So many different places that you can attend. It's hard to maximize it all, but you'll definitely walk away, overwhelmed. But so many ideas.

I spoke at Podcast Movement, Denver 2023. And, I spoke at three panels. The second panel I spoke on was a pretty bad experience. We did a text check in the morning. Everything looked good. And then when we got to our panel, it seemed like the audio wasn't working. And so our panel was delayed a little over 10 minutes. And once they gave us the green light, we were doing our presentation and about two minutes into the presentation, the slides started glitching, we couldn't read our slides and it started glitching for the audience as well and then it just shut off. So we really had to kind of think on our feet. It eventually ended up working fine. But, but it was, yeah, very awkward experience.

Great event, great speakers, and great venue

What did you like best about the event?

Great idea to have all of the speakers in the exhibit halls with headphones - great speakers

What could the organizers do to improve the event?

Definitely sell tickets for one day as I was only available one day and I had to buy the whole event

What did you like best about the event?

The space was very nice and there was lots to do outside of the convention. So much better than “Denver".

What could the organizers do to improve the event?

Adding carpet to the space would have been nice. It was a little odd. Also, allowing companies to get some extra perks would have been nice.

The venue was great - central meeting locations, proximity to off-site activities, accessible in every sense of the word.

What could the organizers do to improve the event?

As years go by and the industry matures, it is tough to maintain the magic of some of the earlier versions of the event. I would love to see more podcasters at the event.

Podcast Movement is the best of the best when it comes to all things podcasting.

What did you like best about the event?

Connecting with so many people who are doing great things in the podcasting space.

What could the organizers do to improve the event?

Don't overlap so many good talks at the same time. This is actually a good problem to have and probably the biggest reason to purchase the Audio package so that you can go back and listen to sessions that you missed.

Satisfying and Exciting and yet disappointing from a technical standpoint when I delivered my presentation.

What did you like best about the event?

The crowd at my session was excellent. Good attendance. Enthusiasm off the chart for podcasting.

What could the organizers do to improve the event?

Technical issues put a damper on my enthusiasm. Wasn't allowed into the room until shortly before the session began. I was at 10:15am on Day #1. The audio from my PowerPoint didn't come into the headphones, despite coming out of the speakers. What was more concerning was, with 10 minutes left in my session, a female voice bellowed "Testing, Testing. I can't hear myself." It was coming from another stage across the exhibit hall. Despite all of this, I will be back. I believe in Podcast Movement. I had a bad circumstance.

What did you like best about the event?

The National Harbour location was the best one yet! Very nice and lots of restaurant and meeting options.

What could the organizers do to improve the event?

Perhaps less panels at the same time. There were often two I wanted to attend that occurred at the same exact time.

As always, Podcast Movement 2024 was everything it should have been, and more.

What did you like best about the event?

For me, it's about the networking, reconnecting with clients, colleagues, and others in podcasting, not to mention the great, creative people that make up the podcast community.

What could the organizers do to improve the event?

Make it more budget-friendly. Stop holding this event at the Gaylord properties where we're a captive audience. Pick cities where the event hasn't been before. The Northwest? Minneapolis/St. Paul, etc. Allow for longer sessions, and please put them in separate spaces, with fewer distractions and less noise.

What could the organizers do to improve the event?

I'm not a fan of the cavernous space featuring sessions and exhibitors/sponsors. While the headsets helped, it didn't have the intimacy and exchange of ideas with fellow attendees.
