Get a better event app like Whova. (I signed up for the app and looked around and it looked decent, but then next time it asked for my password which i had never set up ...so I never got around to going in again)

I thought the calibre of conversation and engagement was high.
What did you like best about the event?
I enjoyed the evening events and being around people I had not met in person. The speaker sessions I was able to attend were great. The attendees were a good mix of buyers and sellers and the exhibit hall was well spaced out - I did not feel uncomfortable with the level of contact.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The attendance at the sessions on Friday was significantly less than Thursday. I'd suggest avoiding Friday travel for the next event. Also, I would have appreciated more sanitizing stations and requirements for masks. By Friday everyone was shaking hands and maskless.

Overall, a good experience but with small hiccups.

The start of our session was a bit rocky - the tech didn't have our slides and the clicker didn't initially work. Eventually, we worked through them all, but I didn't anticipate having these issues.

The setup was perfect, easy to walk around once in the convention.

More Exhibitor highlight/time. On the final day (Friday), there were so many speakers going on that the exhibitor hours died down quickly and, the attendance was very minimal compared to the first day. Something to help draw more people to the actual exhibitor hours.

I think the 8 am start time on Friday was too early, too many people were asleep still and only came around 10 and, started packing up at 1.

Set up tables and chairs outside the convention centre and inside the MGM Grand where people can sit down and talk/network without having to meet up at one of the few restaurants/bars that were open and available at the MGM Grand.

A bar in the event space is a must, it keeps people in the room engaged. With many places for people to go and hang out in Vegas, a bar inside would have kept the group much closer and inside for much longer.

Breakfast was over pretty early each day (9:30 AM) and food quality was not as high as I have seen in previous events. Also, the conference centre at MGM Grand is a significant walk from the casino and hotel area even though it is in the same complex.
