Inbound was such a fun time. There are so many useful sessions and lessons to learn. The trade show is so much fun, getting to meet people and see what all these different companies do in partnership with hubspot and the things that they can do for you and your organization. There is a lot of time for networking and even time to explore the city of Boston. I definitely recommend it.

All of the sessions are usually always very inspirational or motivational or just educational and I get to learn new things. Extremely looking forward to inbound 2024 and can't wait to go.

A marketing event that’s not a waste of time
What did you like best about the event?
The sessions. Several sessions weren't a waste of time and had some really great and valuable information like Nancy Harhut's and Dale B's.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Some of the sessions were sales pitchy, and they were my least favorite ones. They were annoying and instantly put me off.

First-timer at InBound and will come back again.
What did you like best about the event?
I learned some new information both personally and professionally for HubSpot and non-HubSpot topics.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
There were so many interesting sessions, some long and some short, that overlapped time-wise or back-to-back with a long walking distance, so it was challenging to make it to the sessions I wanted. While I appreciate the need to stagger sessions with many people, I think this can be improved.

I think it’s a well-organized conference with quality speakers.
What did you like best about the event?
“Things Every HubSpot Admin Needs To Know“ by Kyle Jepsson. We need more sessions like this one. There was a lot to cram into 45 minutes, so that he couldn’t get into detail about most things, so it’d be great if there could be multiple sessions like this.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The lines outside the educational sessions. Those are wildly disorganized and chaotic.

Great opportunities all around.
What did you like best about the event?
It was a great experience as a speaker, with lots of great vendors and little pods of different speakers and activities going on simultaneously. It was a lot.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I wish some speakers didn't overlap because I missed a few. And I know a few of the rooms filled up, and at one point, the upper floors were closed even if you reserved a seat.

Overall, it was very good - I liked a lot of the sessions. Didn’t like the sponsored sessions.
What did you like best about the event?
Kyle was fantastic, and I’d love to see him get more time. CRM extensions & DEI were also memorable sessions.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Be more transparent about food & drink. Be transparent about sponsored events - some were so boring and clearly a sponsor pitch.

It was a good experience, but poorly organized in places.
What did you like best about the event?
Good atmosphere, some interesting sessions, and speakers. It's nice to be around like-minded people.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The 'save my seat' system didn't work. I missed out on three sessions because the seating was full even though I had arrived 10 minutes early, was VIP, and had saved my seat. It seemed like the staff just let anyone into the sessions. I would also like to see scheduling improvements. People need 5-10 minutes to get to each session, and you asked people to arrive 5 minutes early (which wasn't enough anyway.) You should schedule sessions for 45 minutes on the hour to allow 15 minutes between each session. The food situation was awful. I queued for one hour for a sandwich in the blazing sun. People were getting ill and fainting. This was not a good experience, and I felt severely managed. More food trucks, more food stalls inside, and longer serving times for lunch are needed. The VIP tickets did not seem worth it. Reserved seating was only available at the first keynote. The lounge needed to be 5x bigger. It was cramped and busy, and better facilities were available in the main hall. Hair and makeup were unnecessary and wasted a lot of space in the lounge.

Very disappointing
What did you like best about the event?
Expensive, inadequately catered, but good talks with visitors. Compared to what you get for the ticket price at Adobe, Sitecore, etc. Hubspot is not doing itself any favors. I have heard more than one saying it felt like this is more an exercise in making money for Hubspot than gathering the community.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Free catering is a part of the costly tickets, way more storytelling on the cases, and you need to step up your presentation game.

It was an amazing experience from all points of view: organization, content, networking, and everything else.
What did you like best about the event?
The most important thing for me was to be able to meet in person a lot of the people I already knew virtually for a while now.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Add more resting and ad-hoc meeting spaces as I felt sometimes it was hard to find them.

Insightful and empowering
What did you like best about the event?
Dynamic speakers gave great information that will be shared with my team. Knowing the direction of AI right now was rewarding.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Give more time to check in and offer salads. I walked over from the main stage to my session on floor two, and I was 10 min late and wasn’t allowed in.

It was a vibrant event, and I felt that everyone was excited about the future of growing their business!

As a vendor, I enjoyed meeting so many people and seeing the spectrum of needs of our customers.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
It would be cool to have some spotlight moment on each vendor -- for example; maybe they could each have 30 seconds on the microphone during the day to highlight what they do and what people can expect from them.

INBOUND is THE event for every year
What did you like best about the event?
I liked everything I got to learn at the sessions. I often return after the conference with a ton of new motivation to start creating new things.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I am not holding the majority of meet-ups during the educational sessions you needed to reserve seats for. This made it difficult for me to network with others because my goal with going to INBOUND is for education and networking, but I had to choose with both being booked on top of each other. I went to INBOUND alone, and it's easier for me to network with people at the meet-ups because I know they want to talk vs. trying to mingle with people as we are all trying to walk around and get to where we need to be.

Inbound is the highlight of my professional development each year. I love meeting new people, learning recent trends, and interacting with the speakers. I'm already planning for INBound 2024...see you in Boston!!
What did you like best about the event?
Spending time with the people who turn the world into the technology, marketing, and software space.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The surprise food spots were a big hit because getting lunch each day with long lines at the food trucks was a challenge. I brought my lunch a few days ago to ensure I didn't miss any content sessions. Who knows....maybe a large buffet option OR box lunch pickup option for non-VIP attendees would help.

What did you like best about the event?
The range and quality of speakers leading sessions. There was an amazing representation of women at INBOUND23 that was inspiring.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Potentially create better signage for some areas of the conference. Give yourself ample time to move from session to session because the hallways can sometimes get jammed.

An impressive event. Well run.
What did you like best about the event?
I liked the energy in the room. From music to decor to how the sessions were run, it pumped you to be there.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Definitely, please make more food options available! The food trucks and food court closed at 2 p.m. I was in sessions during the lunch hour, so I missed lunch a couple of times. Even if there was a simple food stand somewhere in the exhibit hall open during off hours, that would have helped. And there were only two vendors available in the food court during lunchtime. The wait times for the food trucks in a small space were astronomical. I had to walk 15 min to Chipotle because nothing else fast food-wise was around. Also, it would have been nice if there were more exhibits there.

Inbound is the go-to conference for professionals in the sales & marketing space. There are thousands of attendees, significant sponsor activations, and an incredible lineup of speakers.
