So my audio review of the Customer Marketing Summit that was held this past October 2022. really a fantastic event with the depth and breadth of of sessions that took place. Everything from building a business case for customer marketing, gaining sales alignment, which is critical when you do customer marketing and then a session that I particularly enjoyed, which was building an advocacy program. There's always lots to learn. I've done it twice, but there's, it's always good to hear somebody else's perspectives, successes, strategies, failures, hurdles and all of that. just to kind of a checkpoint to see if, if you're doing everything you can to, to build a great customer community. But can I say the event was fantastic, the sessions were, were needed to down tips and suggestions and things that you want to go, go do. And the sessions were full of very actionable insights, so fantastic event. And I'm looking forward to the next one.

Solid discussion & engaged virtual attendees
What did you like best about the event?
I could only attend one of the sessions, but I thought the panel had solid perspective and real examples. I also liked how engaged and supportive the chat was. I have made several connections post-event that I am looking to build from.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The timing is just not West coast friendly. As much as I love talking about Customer Marketing, I am not going to do it at 5 AM. I'd also love it if the speakers could focus more on their specific examples. It's good to couch those examples in higher-level strategy and vision, but connecting the dots between strategy, tactic, and result would make this super actionable for me.

I thought it was well done! I was particularly interested in anything VoC related, including the CAB sessions, which were time well spent.
What did you like best about the event?
CAB sessions and speakers; I also felt it was a reasonable amount of time overall and spaced out well.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Aside from the live chat, it would be great to utilize breakouts for more interactive live sessions or discussions with participants.
