So I attended the online Pr fringe event and I had a place a ticket through the ballot, which was amazing. Such a brilliantly organized event, the speakers were fantastic. I thought every single one of them came across brilliantly. The time the session times were just right. It was a great venue, great location. I've already signed up for September because I thought it was such a good show and I can't wait to actually attend the main Brighton Seo.

Fantastic first time at Brighton SEO as someone new to marketing.
What did you like best about the event?
The mix of speakers and subjects was exciting, and there was something for everyone.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
It would be great to have some more 'beginners' talks as someone new to the industry, but maybe this will be covered more on the training day.

I loved the talks on equality by Azeem Ahmad, Fabio Embaló Baldé and Andi Jarvis.

Two days filled with gaining knowledge and meeting friends.
What did you like best about the event?
I really liked the diversity of topics covered during the event. Meeting up with other marketers and people in the SEO industry was another big plus.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Nothing really, though it did seem like there were more link building vendors than last year.

Informative, insightful and inspiring.
What did you like best about the event?
The event was much less "sales" focussed and bang on with content. Very informal and a good mix of technical/content-led presentations.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
There was nothing I could recommend to improve the event this year at BrightonSEO.

A great opportunity to learn and interact with the marketing community and take those ideas back to put into practice.
What did you like best about the event?
Great location and plenty of learning opportunities happening at one time. The videos being available afterwards is excellent, so I can watch sessions I missed in person—great variety of sponsors.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Workshop sessions would be useful. Logistically organising a workshop for a couple of hundred people wouldn't be doable, but maybe a range of more interactive sessions for groups of 20/30 would be great.

It’s getting better every time
What did you like best about the event?
I loved the pre-event networking program: yoga classes, cleaning the beach, etc. And from a sponsor's perspective, being able to be there earlier the day before was helpful.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
It would be nice to have space to keep our stuff (laptop, bags, suitcases, etc.) safe as organisers, apart from the cloakroom.

It was my 3rd time speaking at the Search Advertising Show, and each time the experience has just improved even more. The event is very well organised, speakers are provided with great support and guidance, and the audience is receptive and appreciative.
What did you like best about the event?
From start to finish, there is a lot of attention to detail, which as a speaker, makes the event smooth sailing and enjoyable. The team think about everything in tiny detail, from providing speaker training sessions to helpful guides on how to build your deck.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Our track didn't do a Q&A after each of the talks, which is a shame as many people had similar questions to ask me during the break. I would suggest adding this back into the structure of the day.

brightonSEO feels like coming home!
What did you like best about the event?
I was a speaker this time, but I can only imagine that attendees also must feel just as cared for and welcomed to brightonSEO as speakers do. This is truly the warmest, kindest event in marketing, and there is nothing else like it! I've never been to another conference where I didn't just have to sit through a ton of talks about the tedious application of skills although I gained SO MUCH practical knowledge to take home as well the "hard skills" talks were broken up so nicely by talks about what it's like to work in the industry, how to deal with the pressures of work, and just generally being a human who works in SEO. It was amazing.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The online availability of talks post-event is just slightly confusing the messaging about whether they're only available to replay once vs accessible forever and whether that depends on a specific type of ticket, plus the way you access and regain access to talks online, isn't entirely clear. Once the day of the replays arrives, it becomes a little easier to tell what's going on, but before the actual day of the online event, it wasn't clear what to expect.

Overall basic seo experience for a high price
What did you like best about the event?
People were being very friendly and respectful. The organisation of the event was also perfect since the breaks in between were not too short nor too long.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
You could split the event into "basic seo learnings" and "professional seo learnings". For my team, the learning outcomes were unfortunately not as big as we expected; we didn't learn much.

Brilliant Brighton SEO
What did you like best about the event?
I liked the fact that sessions were tailored to all levels of knowledge, the online PR event was pitched just right at me as a Marketing Manager (and not a tech expert), but I did attend some of the MeasureFest sessions, too, which were super useful. I loved how relaxed and down-to-earth the speakers were - creating a great learning environment. Very well organised and put together.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Nothing! I really thought it was great; a wide variety of topics covered, and I think the case study approach from many of them works brilliantly.

Amazing experience, with exceptional talks and an awesome beach.
What did you like best about the event?
The SEO community comes to a standstill when BrightonSEO happens, mostly everyone is at Brighton for this, and that's the best thing about this event: the people, the energy, and whatnot.

Great experience; networking was excellent, and a good range of talks and stalls to keep you entertained during the breaks.

I liked the insights from all sorts of brands, from agencies to in-house and the fact it wasn't all agency focused.

Felt the lunch break was super long, making the day feel longer; I got tired during the end of the day, so perhaps slightly shorter days.
