B to BMX is a great event located in a really awesome resort in Scottsdale. The event brings a lot of really amazing people together. There's lots of great networking opportunities and as a sponsor, you just get to be face to face with a lot of amazing prospects and learn about the challenges that they have and how you can help solve them.

This was a great event for us to attend as one of the vendors, we were able to meet with some of our current clients, companies that were involved in current sales cycles and a lot of new prospects who were interested in learning more about our technology. Definitely, we will be back again. We've attended the for a few years now and look forward to doing the next one next year. Thanks for a great event.

B2BMX was a well organized conference with a variety of sessions for b2b marketers.
What did you like best about the event?
It was validating to network with like minded professionals to vet my strategies as well as supplement them in new ways.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I think longer sessions would help avoid so many surface level conversations that left you wanting more actionable insights.

The sessions, particularly those on Days 1 & 3, were invaluable to my growth and learning.

Lunch food options (something other than sandwiches). Perhaps choices like greek, Italian, or Mexican!

I believe it was a good event but lacked a lot of ongoing traffic to booths.
What did you like best about the event?
I loved Monday's happy hour. Was awesome. However, it was hard to get to the conference. Almost didn't go.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Better integration of sponsors for event agenda. Also, better-running lunch. More tables around booths.

Long show with promising leads
What did you like best about the event?
The resort was beautiful, and in- person ability to chat with everyone. We met customers and prospects
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Shorter days. 3 days are too long for such a small show. Starting time is also too early. No one is coming to speak to us at 7:30 am.

Best marketing conference around
What did you like best about the event?
Liked the events, the location, the trade show floor, and the overall set-up around the resort.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
More food/beverages. Breakfast ran out Monday, and the hotel staff were borderline rude when asked what other options were available. I remember snacks and refreshments everywhere you looked in previous years.

Another great year for B2BMX!
What did you like best about the event?
The different types of people there, from sales, marketing, and c-suite. There were a lot of great vendors, speakers and events. The catering and drinks were great and kept people at the event. Overall 5 stars!
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Maybe move the happy hour outside of the event space. Also, have an alternative to the welcome reception for something inside; it was a little cold.

Overall it was a positive experience. First time at the event. It was nice to be able to drop into sessions and wander around and meet other vendors and individuals.
What did you like best about the event?
Ad hoc meetings were good for networking and learning from presentations.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The food/catering was subpar and below expectations. Not only did they shut all the food out very quickly, but I found that vegetarian options were lacking, and the food would quickly become unavailable. It seemed that there was either not enough or people were hoarding. It would also be nice to have presentation materials available for download. I’m not sure how other people found the website networking to be effective for myself, I didn’t find it easy to engage using the website.

Good energy, and a good number of sessions, there were some problems with food running out, and some vendors were a little too sales-pitchy in their sessions.
What did you like best about the event?
Hearing about AI from folks who know about it. Seeing/meeting with other vendors who sponsored the event.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Logistics were a bit off. They ran out of food and beverage a few times. Also, It was unclear whether session presentations would be made available after the event.

I enjoyed the sessions done by experts (e.g. Forrester) and case studies by end users.
What did you like best about the event?
Networking with B2B experts and learning about new vendors and their capabilities.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The content of all the sessions could be less commercial and more informative. The experience of registering for sessions was very confusing. In the end, you didn't need to "save your seat" for any sessions but merely add them to your schedule.

Great Event in a great space.
What did you like best about the event?
The venue provides a really cool and unique environment that allows most people to feel relaxed, more open to networking, and willing to learn.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The layout of the conference makes it easy to miss some key opportunities. While the signage and maps posted to make it easier to locate certain rooms and halls, the traffic flow does not work either. One example is that the Marketplace should be open from all doors rather than forcing the entrance on one side. Placing refreshments & lunch in several different locations also reduced many opportunities for sponsors.

Overall it was a great event! We have attended this event many times as a company and will be back. Great atmosphere and many marketers to network with.
What did you like best about the event?
Many of the marketers at this event were open to discussions and learning about new technologies. Great event as a vendor!
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
If they could help drive traffic into the vendor area, that would be great. We had to proactively meet with attendees since the vendor area was not as busy as expected.

Great show with amazing vendors. We were doing a lot of vendor research, and I was able to meet many different companies that can help and fill the gaps in our digital strategies.
What did you like best about the event?
The vendor shows floor - the mix of vendors and offerings was great and helped us strategize what we will do in FY23.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
More workshop-type sessions for all pass holders. Most normal sessions were high-level with no real teachings.
