Something new with potential
What did you like best about the event?
The event hotel - is a very nice hotel, unfortunately, the location would even be nicer, if it would have been in downtown London.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The schedule should be sent out earlier, the big number of no-show airlines is a no go. More Airlines should attend and the meeting room was not big enough, between the tables not enough space for privacy and also with the Covid situation, way too many people in the narrow room. Also, an official dinner event was missing.

It is very effective to meet existing and prospective airline partners in 2 days.
What did you like best about the event?
The diversity of airline partners was great and the size and the atmosphere of the event is appropriate.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Minimize the no-shows and last-minute cancellations of airlines, which is very frustrating for airports.

Efficient way to meet multiple carriers
What did you like best about the event?
The location, London, is convenient to visit and international in scope. I extended my trip to enjoy more of the country.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Room comfort to allow for conversations to be heard. (Room too loud and crowded). Kick up the welcome reception. Select a hotel that offers views of LHR. Provide ground transportation options in advance for attendees/speakers.
