The Future of Data-Centric AI conference to explore the shift from model-centric to data-centric AI. The conference garnered a surprising amount of interest and engagement. Over 1000+ data scientists and machine learning practitioners joined us to discuss how data-centric AI is used to build better AI faster.

So we’re putting together the conference again this year! And we want to invite you to join us to learn, discuss, and connect with individuals making AI practical by putting data-centric AI to use. The wide variety of speakers and concepts covered. The unique thing was short meditation breaks.

What did you like best about the event?
I liked how all the speakers had a variety of industry experiences and new AI use cases to bring to the table.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I think to talk more in-depth about the software and tech that goes into making the snorkel platform, what libraries are used, what languages, what tools, APIs, and open source.

My event experience was pretty good. I think I definitely learned a lot about A I and how it's used in different business applications across the industry. Some of the more technical challenges that have been prevalent in A I and how snorkel is using, you know, their platform to be able to solve those challenges for a wide variety of industries and build you know, practical A I solutions. I definitely learned a lot more about the industry as a whole, about what snorkel is doing about how it's, you know, and how it's necessary for the industry and, yeah.

Very informative and interesting in the area of data-centric AI.

I enjoyed listening to the sessions and live conversations with a variety of different speakers in the industry and in academia, and learning more about data-centric AI.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Have the event be on a weekend, as I worked during the event and often had to sign off due to work meetings and such.

Had a great time learning about human-in-the-loop and active learning workflows for scaling labels. I was surprised to learn how easy it was to go from a thousand or so labels to tens if not hundreds of thousands of reliable labels – all within the UI and without needing to code things or without needing to have an expert understanding of machine learning.
What did you like best about the event?
Speakers were passionate about high-quality data and how we can work together and use existing tools to create the data we need to scale our pipelines and models.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
It would be really great if the organizers could create a series of tracks for those interested in different aspects of data-centric AI so folks who don't want the stress of planning how to bounce across many sessions could just stay in a track that primarily focuses on their core interest in the area.

I was amazed by the informative and insightful session which helped me to understand the advancements in the field of Data-Centric AI and allowed me to deep dive into solutions for challenging real-world problems impacting the lives of global citizens.

It was an enlightening session that broadened my horizon about possibilities in data-centric AI as a mid-level data scientist.
What did you like best about the event?
The agenda and speaker were really great. The content of different sessions was relevant and great. Also learned a lot about the offerings of Snorkel AI which is a market leader in this area.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
More marketing in the future to enable such events to reach more audiences. Some of my fellow data scientists were not aware of the event.

"Programmatically creating training data for ML" was my favorite session as it was more relevant to my day-to-day work as a practicing engineer. I also liked different sessions in the application track as they explained real-life use cases in various domains.

Among the several points that were highlighted in the presentations, the key point that intrigued me is the real-life applications of AI.
