"The best conference in the Midwest"

This is a friendly community event. Everyone is here to talk, learn, and share. There is so much going on all the time its hard not to get a ton of value out of this conference.

My family and I had a great time at the conference. One thing I love about that conference is just the family focus. So as I'm able to bring my kids and my kids just love doing all the different family focused workshops. And then it's just a great time that we can just all kind of get, get to know more about tech together. And my, my workshops went really smoothly. The turnout was kind of a little low for my, the workshops I gave. But that actually made things kind of nice because I was able to give more personalized attention to the people in the workshops. And it seemed like all the people in that were all the, the people who attended my workshops learned a lot and really enjoyed being part of them. And yeah, it was, it was a, it was a great time.

Great opportunity to network, but not worth paying for unless you are sponsored.
What did you like best about the event?
Welcoming atmosphere and family friendly event! It gets you in a more relaxed mindset of networking so you don't feel pressured to say the wrong "unprofessional" thing but to also be yourself. I also like that it's a not for profit event.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Some speakers (not well known) are forced to pay for their own travel/ hotel so it would be nice for a small stipend since we are helping sell the tickets by presenting our expertise to the community. Also there are too many stages so we have to compete for where the attendees choose to sit and miss our on presenting to them or socializing.

Friendly, family-oriented summer camp gathering of web devs and their families, deep in Wisconsin
What did you like best about the event?
The emphasis on community was welcoming. I liked that there were so many kids, and the sponsors were engaged.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The quality of some of the talks was inconsistent. For example, 75 minutes about someone's religious upbringing and relative privilege was too much for me.

The event was tiring, cute, and fun
What did you like best about the event?
I liked the people (including people who came from far away) and seeing the kids all around learning and having fun (and it's cool how they're the kids of people I know) and the water park!
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
It's small and I did like the system for attendees, but an easier to use system for scanning badges for sponsors.

The best conference in the Midwest
What did you like best about the event?
This is a friendly community event. Everyone is here to talk, learn, and share. There is so much going on all the time its hard not to get a ton of value out of this conference.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
More people, more content, just do more of the same and grow the community. Maybe reaching out to more areas of the midwest.
