    A solid event that delivers solid value.
    What did you like best about the event?
    This is an annual event that is usually a "can't miss" on the calendar of anyone who works with technical content in Europe. For various reasons, it's been a long time since I attended and was delighted to return, see lots of old friends, meet new ones, and catch up on some of the newer developments in my field. The quality of the sessions I attended was very high, the organizers went out of their way to be helpful, and the workshop I conducted went very well.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    Once the organizers have selected their speakers, it would be nice for them to organize a few (not too many - programme is already quite full) roundtables built around selected speakers and their topics. This is different from ones organized by participants, in that the organizers have an overall view of trending subjects for the given year, and it would be good to pull together people who might not otherwise think of joining together in a roundtable. The exhibition was rather small this year, and there were very few non-German vendors compared to previous years.

    Down-to-earth and practical advice. I loved the honesty and openness of interactions and the low-hype atmosphere.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    I am very happy with the event but Stuttgart Messe makes it very industrial. I liked the atmosphere of their old venue, Wiesbaden much more. Here everything happens at the conference venue.

    The food and evening parties were very good and entertaining. I think the all-star band performance was my personal highlight.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    The location itself (Stuttgart) was a little depressing (grey in grey and very dark), but I see why it was chosen. Perhaps a change in location could help lighten up the atmosphere and bring in new visitors.
