Overall, it's been a good event, good representation by of customers and vendors, interesting sessions, but it would be probably better to set up network breaks where people can communicate and discuss their problems rather than having just those small lunch breaks and meeting breaks. A pretty good representation again and good organizational overall. Thank you.

I would highly recommend attendance to SAP Insider. First off the location of the Bellagio in Las Vegas is wonderful. The facilities amazing. The food is very, very good. The conference overall is very well organized, well supported. There's good food between the breaks. The environment where the classes are is well organized with tables seating, water, paper if you want to take notes and the organizers have provided all the conference sessions available for download on PDF after the event. As there's a lot of useful material that you can use later on when you get back to your company, great networking events there as well. So I would highly recommend attendance to this conference.

P Insider 2020 was a, a very good event for the SAP ecosystem held by, by SAP Insider. We got a great meeting of the minds of customers, partners, SAP and SAP Insider altogether to discuss challenges and opportunities as customers look to transform their SAP environment and moving to the next generation of SAPS for and then looking at the cloud operating models, very, very worthwhile. Great networking and marketing opportunity

What did you like best about the event?

It presents a good learning experience for our team to learn how customers are using or planning to use SAP in their environments. Additionally, it provides us with insight into new technologies in the industry.

What could the organizers do to improve the event?

Any option to increase customer participation and drive traffic to the vendor exhibits is beneficial.

Overall good experience. It would be nice to have networking break sessions.

What did you like best about the event?

A lot of customers showed up. A good amount of various topics were discussed.

What could the organizers do to improve the event?

Breakfast was bad. Allow time between sessions for networking. Sessions were back to back.

With the number of sessions available and the two halls of vendors, there was something available for everybody.

What did you like best about the event?

The variety of sessions was great—also, easy access to many different vendors.

What could the organizers do to improve the event?

Make some more snacks available and coffee/water throughout the day. Also, people that are available as speakers should get access to the list of people that have attended their speaker session.

Mixed experience - great booth location, only 40% customers, confused speaking session process, so-so old and dated venue.

What did you like best about the event?

The booth location was the best. It was on a corner of a busy aisle, and we were able to direct plenty of traffic to our booth.

What could the organizers do to improve the event?

The speaking session scheduling was confusing and dysfunctional. We did not know until the Monday of the event when our session would be scheduled - meaning we could not market it and drive attendance. Worse, it was expected at the same time as the food and Happy Hour - guaranteeing that only two people showed up. Suggest scheduling the session time and day at the same time as the sponsorship contract is signed.
