"It was a great experience. Speakers were great, awesome content and learned a lot. A great learning and networking event!"

The content of the sessions was really great. I learnt a lot from other speakers, arrangements and execution was on time and everything was run smoothly . The speakers dinner and networking event was just fabulous. I really enjoyed the people and vibe there. Great people, helpful and cheerful organizers/staff and great event!

    FOSSASIA is one of my favorite conferences, a fantastic event
    What did you like best about the event?
    FOSSASIA attracts a wide variety of participants from open hardware and open software with an open, collaborative spirit
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    For sponsors and speakers, the event does not offer enough lead generation and "follow-up" opportunities

    It was wonderful to be here as a speaker at database track and moderator of pgDay room. Attendance and contributions were bigger than last year.
    What did you like best about the event?
    Having to be open to university students who are the next generation for this technology while accommodating today's trends.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    I saw language was a barrier in Vietnam, although there were translation on some rooms, I think the conference can accommodate more on this subject. But if you are asking for one thing it was the quality of the coffee that needs to be improved (I let the organizers know) .

    Hari's FOSSASIA Summit 2024 experience
    What did you like best about the event?
    It was a great venue, spacious rooms and podium for talks and main hall was just super cool. This time around the Cultural event on Day-2 left me spell-bound, absolute great work by the organizers and volunteers.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    Have PGDay for two days. And nothing can stop FOSSASIA Summit from becoming a marquee conference in the Asia Pacific region. Making the 1-day PGDay into 2 days would invite a lot more participation.

    While looking after sponsors is important, having MySQL present a closed source MySQL Heatwave is compromising on the principles of the conference.
