It was a wonderful and robust experience that was informative, approachable and well done.
What did you like best about the event?
I thought the number of sessions was just right. Initially, it looked like there may have been too many to pick from but once I downloaded the app it made choosing the sessions easier.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
One thing that I’d recommend is to ensure the session titles accurately reflect the content that is going to be shared.

Great opportunities to connect with Talent professionals in a very well-managed, live and virtual format.
What did you like best about the event?
Great content, speakers, good pace (not too many sessions crammed together, lots of networking opportunities).
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I would have liked it if SHRM required proof of covid vaccination (more people would have come), and honestly, having this conference in Las Vegas was not ideal. (Although the new Caesars Forum was very beautiful, well-laid out, catering was excellent- it just is in Las Vegas).

They brought in some big speakers (Sully Sullenberger!) and a big number of participants from different industries.

The experience attending the SHRM Talent Conference was excellent. It was organized very well and all presentations were relevent to our current times.
What did you like best about the event?
I really liked how the themes of talent ran through all presentations. The organizers did a super job of ensuring connectivity.
