What a great venue. I'm a San Diegan, so I was quite proud that our hometown did so well. The word to describe the conference, it was. It was huge, but it felt intimate. It was.

Sherm 2025 was phenomenal. This is my very first annual conference with Sherm. And it was almost as if the weather in San Diego was just. Made for the conference. It just added to the energy, the collaboration, the connection, the learning. It was, it was really fantastic. I was happy to be there.

I was incredibly impressed with the SHRM conference overall. I had never been to such a well-produced large global conference. doesn't seem like any detail was left behind, and you felt really taken care of as an attendee, and that you're gonna walk in and Be able to find the place that you needed to be anytime you needed to find it, um. I thought the content was great. I'm not an HR professional, but I still found some of the attendee, the, the sessions useful. I thought the exhibitor hall was excellent, and, just overall incredibly well done, easy to navigate, fun to discover new vendors, partners. That was the most valuable part for me, as someone who was trying to get to know the ecosystem of the HR community. I was a speaker and that process was also really flawless. um. It also appreciated the sort of autonomy allowed to me to, to figure out the panel and the panelists and put everything together, and we all had a really good time. And felt a lot of support from SHRM. So overall, it was a really great experience and I just really appreciate the level of detail, everything from the hotel shuttles to the volunteers helping you, you know, get from point A to point B, to the, you know, Steinage, and it was, it was clear that you guys did an incredible amount of thinking and coordination and production, um. And I'm, you know, even, I attended the last day session with Joe Biden, and I was just also impressed with the, the energy of all the show folks who were showing people to their seats and, you know, the DJ and the host, and again, just a, a really well overall produced event that, felt incredibly worthwhile. So thank you.

I had a great time at SHRM. The experience was very professional. The energy was great as a speaker, the, the entire atmosphere was just really well and well received for myself, especially the engagement with the audience, and the message was well received too as well. There's many people that suffer. with impostor syndrome, burnout, limiting beliefs, and the talk on breaking the bottle just really focused on some of those things that are impeding us to get to the next level and it was well received. I really enjoyed my time there as a speaker and just the engagement with the audience too as well. So great time at Sherman.
