I enjoyed the event very much. I attended some insightful workshops and I had some valuable learning I could leverage.

What did you like best about the event?

Networking. Best practice sharing. Venue. Food. The roundtable discussions are the best.

What could the organizers do to improve the event?

The technicians in the background were disturbed by their loud conversations during the presentations. We had to ask them to quiet down but they did not, so those sitting in the back were super distracted and annoyed. We also attended the July event and on this one, we had most presenters from the same companies presenting (Puma, Novartis etc.). A diverse line of presenters would be great. Many HR talks were more like sales pitches: you can make this happen if you use this tool.

More seating within presentation rooms, a cloakroom for coats/bags, less packed agenda

Tech talk - a nice idea, but people weren't paying attention during a coffee break. Perhaps choose a different time slot.

What could the organizers do to improve the event?

Pre-event information about the speaker floor plan and clearer guidelines for the sponsors. There was confusion about the benefits since there were 3 events in one, but the exhibition area was the same.
