I had a great experience and will advocate that other team members watch the keynote/sessions as well as sign up for next year's event!
What did you like best about the event?
The topics/speakers, DJ, The Office actor cameos, ease of navigating between sessions, cost, access to recordings after the event
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
More time between keynotes and sessions. Not only for bathroom/beverage breaks but to be able to discuss the topics with other team members before moving on to the next

Great virtual event - loved the transitions
What did you like best about the event?
Other than the speaker content, i loved the seamless transitions (DJ, Office star cameos, commericals)
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
When i clicked on a channel, I wanted to be able to listen and think like the expo. But to do so i had to close the channel

Amazing event!!
What did you like best about the event?
Guest speaker, author of How to Be Black - was simply amazing! His delivery was on point. I also enjoyed the DJ and the selection of breakouts.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
If I could wave a magic wand - I would say label the classes Beginner, Intermediate, Expert, Consultant - because I often find myself in breakouts that are for newbies and info we already know. Then once I realize that, I switch to another and missed something good that I could have used (based on the comments).

It was memorable online experience.
What did you like best about the event?
The DJ at the beginning and in-between sessions for the main stage. I also liked the "commercials" in-between - that was new!

Steal from social media platforms that have to scroll live feedback on the main screen (like Instagram live)

The Optima 21 Conference was highly informative, with great speakers who shared valuable insights.

The event was very well structured. I especially liked Dara Treseder's and Mike Zani's talks.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
It is worth considering to stream some of the talks and parts of the event, due to the time differences. The closing panels in EST were quite late for other time zones, especially in Eastern Europe.
