It is still one of (if not the) best HR event in Europe
What did you like best about the event?
The speaker quality, energy and openness to network of everyone. The location was good (maybe I prefer the old location) yet this is good.What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I would make a slight change with a few things. First, I would make a learning experience on a few of the presentations. Create a pathway where participants can do the following: 1. have some prereading or even a video for each of the main presentations first 2. maybe prep a few questions and post them to groups (for each main presentation) 3. attend the live presentation 4. create a few cohorts 15 people each focused around main topics of the presentation and discuss it in a group 5. Summarize and post in group findings and learnings. 6. after the event, have a pathway built around the presentation with takeaway learning and follow-up activities. (I realize I am pretty specific. The general point is to make the sessions interactive a bit more and maybe a few fewer sessions). Happy to discuss this.Overall experience

Hello. Yeah, the event. it's been a long time since I did an in person event with the group. It was incredible. I was really excited by the energy. I attended mainly the agile sessions and they were just filled with energy. A lot of dialogue, great presentations. Clearly, people took time to prepare their presentations. Perhaps it would have been interesting to provoke more interactions among the attendees; sometimes, it was not so easy to provoke a conversation if you did not know the people.Overall experience

The event was great in terms of the agenda and the kind of people we got to meet. But I believe it would have been better coordinated in terms of the wifi, the logistics, basically the lunch and you know, availability of coffee and stuff like that, little things like that. I had a great time. The attendees of the event came from all across Europe. I enjoyed that the event was not as big as, e.g. Unleash, with the benefit that connecting and having meaningful conversations was much easier than huge HR events. Additionally, I enjoyed the keynote from EY, Credit Suisse, Nokia, UKG etc. Eye-opening.
What did you like best about the event?
As mentioned, the event attendees are from different locations and countries within Europe. The event had a well-balanced size, so it was much easier to connect.What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I think longer breaks between the sessions would be helpful to calm down and have conversations with potential customers and piers within the HR industry. It was loud sometimes during the breaks, making it hard to have conversations at the booth. The internet connection was terrible / not exist on the first day!Overall experience

Great learning experience

I really liked that we had three different conferences in one so you could choose which one you wanted to attend according to your interests. The sessions have been very informative, and all speakers had a lot of experience in their areas of expertise.What could the organizers do to improve the event?

Many topics. A good share of them interesting. Perhaps a bit too many sales pitches.

That the organizers stuck to the schedule, and the moderators were very helpful. All speakers were open to discussions. Alas, there was not much time for those.What could the organizers do to improve the event?

It was great and high level conference

What did you like best about the event?
I liked how well organized it was and that everything was on time, at least in the recruitment room.What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I would say that it is very nice to hear presentations from big brands such as Mars, Redbull, etc., but for us - a bit smaller and not so well-known companies it would be good also to hear tips and tricks from other companies as well. Also, a lot of presentations were about strategic things. Still, I miss some practical things that can be implemented easily in any company (what tools are other companies using and recommending, what is the structure of recruitment, what is the best recruitment process in different markets, how AI can be beneficial in recruitment, etc.). I am not saying that I did not hear any tips, but I would need a bit more. Also, lunch was more like a snacking; I missed warm food, but it was not a big problem.Did you have a favourite speaker or session? Please tell us below
Nuryon Chemicals representative in recruitment room - very lovely and charismatic person; I remember her presentation very well; also interesting to hear that she is not the typical persona that should be in her role. Booking.com ladies - the way how they resented and the way how the presentation was created is fantastic. Overall experience

Great experience with creative and inspiring content. The speakers were well-prepared and engaging throughout the full Summit.

Presentations and the opportunity to network with so many HR professionals. Additionally, the booths included interesting tools/systems that can be seen as useful in the HR world.What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Time management in some of the presentations. There was not enough time to answer questions or interact on the presented topics.
