    It was a really engaging few days with peers from across the industry.
    What did you like best about the event?
    Face-to-face interaction / helping others find solutions to their challenges / meeting people with a mix of experiences.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    Provide better coffee, make rooms cooler, and move the venue to the center of Barcelona.

    Great networking, learning, and sharing of struggles and successes.
    What did you like best about the event?
    Barcelona was a fantastic city to visit! The attendees were so engaged, and the fast pace of the presentations allowed for near-TED Talk experiences of thought leaders and case studies.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    Too little food for meals thought 2nd day's provision was better than 1st day's.

    I helped my team to create a roadmap around culture and EVP for FY 25.
    What did you like best about the event?
    The three streams were really useful. Although I don’t work in recruitment and data analytics, it was really helpful to view different projects and initiatives from another perspective. I like the length of the sessions; they weren’t too long or too short, and there are many takeaways that my team can act on as a result.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    There are more options in the food for vegan and gluten-free people. More seating outside for when having lunch to sit and enjoy the nice weather would’ve been nice as well.

    The content was beneficial because speakers focused on practical learning, not theoretical knowledge.
    What did you like best about the event?
    Level of detail & insight, all of which were focused on practical solutions implementation. I liked that there was space for Q&A. The quality of Coffee chats was superb as well.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    Give at least 1-2 minutes of 'quiet' time between speakers. This will allow those who are moving around to leave and those who have thoughts to write them down before the thought is lost and the next speaker starts their intro. It could be just a 2-minute installment of background music. Pausing...It does good things for our cognitive function.

    I attended and enjoyed almost every agile session. I especially liked the presentations by Per, Phillip, Alvin, Mercedes, Nazim, Manjuri, David (from Knauf), and Berthy.

    The quality of the content presented, the networking opportunities, and the casino night event were also important.

    The food and beverages were good, but please provide chairs and tables so that people can sit.

    It was a very inspiring event.
    What did you like best about the event?
    Ability to choose which sessions you wanted to attend based on the topics and the freedom to move around.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    I thought the event was organized very well in general. It was clear that a lot of thought and preparation went into it. My only advice for improvement would be to not have too many of the same topics each day. In the Recruitment stream, there were multiple sessions based on AI with a lot of the same info, and similarly, the second day had employer branding/EVP.

    I really enjoyed Nathalie Plavonil's session on Building an Award Winning EVP and Colin Minto's session on People Optimisation in the Workforce.

    I did feel that I missed out on some events that were held at the same time across different rooms. I'm not sure there is a way around this, though!
