The HR Florida Conference & Expo is presented annually by the HR Florida State Council, a state affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). This is one of the largest HR conferences in the southeastern United States attracting over 1,500 human resources professionals and vendors from throughout the state and across the globe.

Representing virtually every industry and size of business, this is the place to be for professionals to network, grow, and learn about the human resources industry. You also have the opportunity to earn maximum credits for both the HR Certification Institute and SHRM Competencies Certifications.

Great Conference for networking
What did you like best about the event?
HR Florida has one of the best Expo Halls a state conference can offer. It is a fantastic way to meet and network with HR Pros and vendors.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Do more homework with their keynote speakers. Last year was Dr. Drew and this year was with Dr. Cooper and Adam Stelzner. They did resonate with or inspire me or others I spoke about this.

Jenni Stone was amazing. Great topic on having difficult conversations with employees.

Great lead-gen turnout
What did you like best about the event?
The event venue was wonderful, the event staff very friendly, & the floor plan was great. Our booth gathered quite a few leads throughout the few days.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Better communication with vendors. We weren't sure what we could participate in or what we couldn't.
