I only attended the last day of the event
What did you like best about the event?
On the last day, the whole track together and the conversation with affirm on the panel moderated by Best Buy.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Condense it down to 2 days, and one day is optional. People seemed like zombies by the end of Thursday.

Great opportunity to meet and exchange with the US Payment ecosystem.
What did you like best about the event?
Good Networking, a nice atmosphere and good insights into the US Payment world. Easy to access.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
3 Days would be enough and skiing on Day 4, not at the weekend. Very cold rooms and the dining room was not very well decorated and suited for a nice cocktail event.

Solid forum for learning a lot
What did you like best about the event?
I like that payment summit is so content-heavy; it's really nice to get folks who know what they are talking about all together in a room.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The format could use some spicing up to make things more intimate and conversational. The best learnings I saw were from questions that folks asked. Also, it was a bummer that you the event asked for dietary restrictions and then didn't provide food that met those restrictions.

It was a good agenda, interesting varied topics
What did you like best about the event?
With the mix of topics, I learned some new things.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I noticed that USPF / STA staff moderated a lot of the panels. I think it would be better to let members moderate discussions if they want to. Some people like the exposure.

A great conference for information on the latest in the payments industry.
What did you like best about the event?
Several sessions were educational, but the most valuable time was spent networking and meeting with colleagues.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
There used to be more sessions explicitly related to Transit. I would like to see that brought back.
