Hi, I attended the event as one of the panelists to top the next generation of KYC name screening and transaction monitoring. It has been fun and eye opens with the panelists in discussing on the next generation of KYC. And after that, it also very helpful to get to know a lot more industry players and experts so that we all could exchange some of the knowledge and learn together.

Smooth operation, cozy environment, everything is right that altogether. The right amount of time and depth of content was provided.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Less switching between rooms. Kind of distracting, perhaps ask to choose a focused subject and gather all again for combined subjects.

It was a good experience attending online, in the future would like to attend in person.
What did you like best about the event?
The panel and the topics were well selected and the program was delivered as per its objective.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The organizers selected the provision of financial crime training as the topic for this review based on the importance of having suitably trained and experienced staff members who are cognizant of both the risks posed to the business and the controls established by the firm to counter the threat of financial crime. Weaknesses related to the quality and effectiveness of AML/CFT training, together with associated matters. The thematic review sought to gather information from a cross-section of the industry in respect of how training responsibilities under the Regulations and the Handbooks are fulfilled and could have been covered extensively and better.

It's amazing and I learned a lot of new things from this festival.
What did you like best about the event?
As I remember correctly one of the speakers said the job is to prevent fraud from happening instead of investigation.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I find it difficult to attend all the seminars cause of different time zones. I believe organizers can do is find a suitable time or any recorded downloadable seminar for people living in different time zones.
