"The ecomworld event is an opportunity to have an expanded vision of the different topics and learn first hand experiences from companies in ecommerce. For me personally, the participation in the event allowed me to share our experiences but also to learn from the other speakers. This year 2022 will be one of great transformations, we are entering a post-pandemic stage that will be one of great transformations in businesses and, in particular, will generate many challenges in e commerce to maintain the growth rates that have been taking place in recent years. Last-mile and convenience services will be very relevant, and P2P dynamics and community involvement will definitely be a very important element in the coming months. Finally we were able to observe in the ecomworld event that the martech solutions are very important for the ecommerce ecosystem such as dmp, cdp, crm, personalization engines, marketing cloud among others are definitive in a scalable growth of ecommerce."
