I really appreciate the opportunity to speak at the Customer Success Festival. I liked the collaboration with the person that I work with Lisa. I just thought the whole process there was great. We collaborated on what we felt that the audience would like to hear and I did hear positive things after my session. And again, it was very easy to put that on. So loved the format, loved participating, love the sessions that I could attend as well. So again, thank you so much CS C and appreciate the opportunity and look forward to future events.

CS Fest was awesome. As always, the speaker lineup is fantastic. I really like that this year, there were more panel sessions and interactivity but overall great location, great speakers, great setup, just fantastic event.

Insightful and insipiring content at the Customer Success Festival!
What did you like best about the event?
I liked the varied amount of content. From traditional elements such as enhancing onboarding and the customer journey to leveraging generative AI - this event had it all.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Allowing speakers to see content after the event would be helpful. Somehow creating more engagement during the event may have helped as well.

Very informative speakers and sessions.
What did you like best about the event?
The event was easy to attend and get great information on the time schedule that suited me best.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The website was a bit tricky to navigate and sign up for sessions at times. Other than that, it was very good.

I enjoyed the entire festival summit as it opened my eyes to various pillars of the customer success foundation in an organization.
What did you like best about the event?
The keynotes and individual topics address my interests perfectly without stepping outside of scope.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Please add individual networking breakout sessions in addition to the lecture presentation. Also, hands-on workshop would be nice.

75% of sessions attended were worth the entire listen.
What did you like best about the event?
I really liked the AI session. I've been testing a few AI products to see what I can implement. I also enjoyed the career pathing discussion.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I do think it would be valuable to have live questions. I wasn't under the impression that everything was recorded, but I could have missed that somewhere beforehand.

Skilled and knowledgable presenters, well-run event, and excellent networking opportunity.
What did you like best about the event?
Excellent use of space; social networking tent was very comfortable; well-timed agenda didn't feel too overwhelming, had plenty to witness and do, and also had time for breaks.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Provide more water supply; please use less wasteful one-time-use products such as party favors. Recommend asking attendees to bring their water bottles or drinking vessels to avoid excessive waste. For party materials, the less waste, the better - a high supply of foam/plastic materials ended up in the trash.

Amazing experience for anyone in success!
What did you like best about the event?
I really enjoyed that I could sign up for specific events that were relevant to me without having to sign up for everything.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I couldn't attend everything I wanted, so I would have loved to receive an email of recordings after the fact.
