This was my first time ever attending customer contact week. And I will say I greatly enjoyed my time there. I thought the speakers on the main stage were all excellent. In fact, not exaggerating, probably some of the best speakers that I had seen collected for a single event that I'd been at before. So, Kudos for that, I thought these sessions were engaging and covered a wide variety of topics. And similarly, I thought there was a good amount of exhibitors out on the Expo Hall that had different technologies to showcase and some fun interactions. So definitely enjoyed my time at CCW and we plan to attend again in the future.

Additionally, it would be helpful to streamline the schedule to minimize overlap between popular sessions, as it was sometimes difficult to choose between multiple interesting talks happening at the same time.
