For our industry, the call and contact center expo is where you have to be. It's the one event of the year that brings us all together. You get so much interest, you get so much value, conversations and it's great to network with people. It's good to see people that, you know, and meet new people and the talks, the seminars, the panels, the workshops are brilliant.

Hi, this is James Marlow from Quiq. I recently went to the Call and Contact center expo. Great event for us. We were there as a vendor. It was great to see a mix of all the different types of technology going on in the call and contact center space, specifically around the advancements of generative AI playing a role in customer service. It was a busy event. We got lots of great leads from being there and looking forward to going back in 2024.

The CCC23 team are amazing, from start to finish-just exceptional service.
What did you like best about the event?
The opportunity this event gave me, to talk about what I am passionate about, providing a platform to do so meant a lot to me.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I feel that maybe a water station, I brought my own bottle but I did hear from others that some water would have been nice, not sure if there was one I did not see it.

As we exhibited last year as well, this year the foot fall was much lesser, too many freebie takers as it was a free to enter event.
What did you like best about the event?
Overall set up, Friendly staff, Location is good as always, Prime location for people travelling from abroad.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Have more foot fall, Have more buyers, IT WAS SELLERS only market. We spent nearly £15,000 for this event to see only sellers.

Not as busy as I remember it.
What did you like best about the event?
The keynote session was great. The organizers were responsive to the last-minute changes we requested.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I think the event could now easily fit into a single day. 2 days are unnecessary, given the volume of attendees we witnessed as a vendor.

Day 1 was massively disappointing as too many non-Call & Contact Centre attendees were in the expo, wasting time and effort.
What did you like best about the event?
Day 2 when there were fewer non-call attendees, but I think this was by coincidence rather than design.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Lock down the specific expos to the relevant attendees as we are a tech sales business, so we need to maximize discussions with relevant people.

Busy, learned a lot, and can't wait to return in 2024.
What did you like best about the event?
I loved the overall theme of the event, a great mix of vendors, speakers, and things to see and do.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
When you sell out cupboard space on the stand, don't fill it up with an electrical substation, so there is no useful space.

The ideal way to catch up with people, suppliers, and trends all in one place.
What did you like best about the event?
It was busy, with more than enough to see & do. I regretted not making it for both days.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The acoustics can be challenging, especially with the smaller theatres. Maybe they were there, but some big screens with 'what's up next' might help us disorganize attendees.

It was a whirlwind of activity, and everything about the two days was great.
What did you like best about the event?
The buzz of a full Expo with people from our industry was brilliant - I got to see some great talks and great vendors and had a lot of interest in myself and my company.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Being on a busy stand meant it was impossible to get a drink, so perhaps access to water bottles in the Expo without having to go through a queue on the concourse would be good.

Good quality convos.
What did you like best about the event?
The venue was really good, as the Excel center provided all the space needed and accessibility for all attendees and sponsors.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The Excel Center was quite cold, and maybe the event should be moved to October as it allows us to contact people before Christmas, as most businesses are winding down and getting stuff sorted for the new year.
